SCS SB 91 -- EMERGENCY VEHICLE DEALERS

This bill defines "emergency vehicles" and exempts dealers who
sell only emergency vehicles from maintaining a bona fide place
of business, including the related law enforcement certification
requirements, and from meeting the minimum yearly sales.
